Our Breeding Program
Whelping
When the time comes, whelping is done in our home with veterinary care on standby. Both mommas and babies are treated with the same loving care we show our own children.
Development
Raised in our home with early environmental exposures and socialization. We are a preservation breeding program, striving to produce Cane Corsi that are healthy with a stable temperament, high drive, athleticism, velcro natures. Their physical appearance is important as well; proper scissor bite, proper heads with a long rectangular torso with good muscle and bone. We strive for endurance and athleticism. Therefore, we are extremely selective in our pairings. The timing of our litters depends entirely on our females' cycles and is not always predictable.
Health and Care
Wellness First
We offer a lifetime of breeder support, a written general health guarantee at the time of purchase, as well as a 26 month genetic health guarantee. All of our pups are professionally cropped and docked, as well as have both front and rear dew claws removed if presented. All of our pups have wellness exams by our veterinarian at 6 weeks of age for any potential health issues. Pups will always be current on vaccines and de-wormed, have begun potty & crate training and basic commands.
Pups are homed at 8 weeks old, and not before. We are a small breeder and intend to remain so. Our hope and desire is to improve our favorite dog breed through selective breeding traits we deem important.
Puppy Placements
We prioritize homes who will provide the training and structure necessary to fulfill the Cane Corso's needs. This is a working breed and is not suited for everyone.
Placements are made based on the puppy's expected temperament, drives and personality; and the prospective client's lifestyle and experience. We do not place puppies based on size.

Maria, a true Cane Corso enthusiast, has been in love with the breed for many years. When approached about starting a breeding program; she was thrilled to become apart of this journey and is thankful to her mentor, Rick Spellman at Warhammer Cane Corso.
We are dedicated to breeding only healthy, well rounded companions. Our pups come from old world bloodlines and have that driven, "velcro" personality.
